Hello! I'm Melissa Wynne-Jones, your Certified Online Business Manager (aka Online Business Wizard). With over ten years of operations experience, I help entrepreneurs and creatives who have grown their business as far as they can to scale to the next level by managing their day-to-day operations and business hub so they can free up their time and stay in their genius zone. Together we make magic!
After graduating from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, I didn’t just run away with the circus, I actually co-founded and RAN a healing arts circus and entertainment agency for ten years working for clients like Cirque Du Soleil, Soho House, Facebook, and Sony Playstation.
Much like Catwoman, I led a multifaceted life. By night I managed the circus and by day I worked as a Community Relations Associate, where I managed public outreach on multi-million-dollar government infrastructure projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.
After moving to Los Angeles, I spent five years as a Digital Publicist and Operations Manager for a boutique digital publicity agency. I helped grow that company from one employee to twenty, while supporting music festivals, beauty brands, and lifestyle companies with their content creation and PR outreach.
Since 2018, I've been helping entrepreneurs like you by managing their projects and teams, clarifying goals and plans, producing events and retreats, streamlining operations, and creating metrics-based dashboards to track success and business direction.
